All our shipments are made in packaging with no visible marking of what they contain and the name of the site is not mentioned on the outside of the packages: the name of the sender mentioned is DRYBOX.
All delivery times are given as an indication, as part of a smooth running of the delivery process. They are not, in any case, not contractual and therefore do not give rise to a request for reimbursement if they are not respected by the carriers. Your parcel is prepared on a working day and sent at 10 a.m. to our delivery service providers.
withdrawal from the sHOP depot
For people close to Alsace, you also have the option of coming directly to the depot to pick up your order.
You can pick up your order Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

INFORMATION FOR SWEDEN
Some areas of Sweden are not eligible for home delivery, but are eligible for delivery to pick-up points.
RETURNS
All returns must be sent by Colissimo with delivery against signature to the company's head office at the address shown on the foot of the invoice.
If the package is refused or not picked up at the relay point without a valid reason, the return costs charged by the delivery service provider will be deducted from your refund.
For returns in the event of an error on our part, we will send you a return label by email.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Due to the current context, additional charges may apply to your order. That is about 0,96 euros which allows us to offer you discreet and quality packaging for each order. These costs are due to the increase in raw materials (cardboard, adhesives, etc.) throughout the world.
